Since 1991, Jim has been a principal with Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, P.C., in Kingston, PA. He practices in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Departments with primary focus in Creditor’s Rights, Banking Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Banking, and Real Estate. A graduate of New York University, Jim received his Juris Doctor in 1991 from New York Law School in New York, N.Y. He loves to go fly fishing and is an accomplished birder. He and his wife Susan reside in Wyoming
with their three children.
