From volunteer days and guided hikes to family-friendly programs and seasonal celebrations, every event is a chance to engage with nature and our mission. Donations are welcome and help ensure these experiences remain possible for our entire community.

Learn to identify local geology, get involved in geologic data collection, and take part in a hands-on seismic experiment!

Join North Branch Land Trust the Pennsylvania Game Commission for an engaging night of “Bat Chat”! Discuss the properties of healthy bat habitats, the purpose of bat boxes, and the diversity of native bats.
Following the discussion, experience an echo-location presentation!
Spend a Sunday afternoon with North Branch Land Trust and the DCNR’s Bureau of Forestry to celebrate the natural beauty of Northeastern, Pennsylvania with a guided nature hike through the Harvey’s Creek Tract.
Enjoy the changing of the season and discuss different ways the Bureau of Forestry manages this land.
Afterwards, join North Branch Land Trust at Pisano’s Winery for a relaxing cool down and continued conversation!

Join North Branch Land Trust & artist Jennifer Case for a relaxing two-part mosaic workshop on October 17 & 24.
Day One will focus on designing the artwork, choosing colors, and arranging materials.
Day Two will be dedicated to completing your very own mosaic, adding grout, and showcasing each participant’s creation.
Event fee includes all materials provided, but we encourage you to bring additional items such as: shells, old jewelry, broken pottery and found items to make your piece personalized.
Join North Branch Land Trust and the Pennsylvania Game Commission for an educational evening focused on deer management. Forestry and Biology staff from the Northeast Region will present an educational program on white tailed deer management and the roles hunting and forest stewardship play in maintaining a healthy deer population.
This event is free and open to all ages.
