NBLT will host a summer picnic at Frances Slocum State Park on Saturday, August 10!

Bring the family! Bring your friends! We’ll have delicious food, cool beverages, and lots of fun.

The park offers swimming in their swimming pool for $6; boat rentals which include kayaks, canoes, and rowboats; fishing (PA Fish and Boat Commission regulations and laws apply); a children’s playground; numerous hiking trails of various lengths and levels of difficulty; and of course nature watching.

The picnic menu includes BBQ chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, ziti, red potato salad, and a summer favorite…watermelon!
