Public land managers play a vital role in conserving and caring for our commonwealth’s natural resources, restoring wildlife habitats, and promoting forest health. Their service is to advance the mission of each state agency charged with a different natural resource whether it be plants, animals, or water. Their work is understated and vital to the health of all living things through clean air and water, and a resilient food chain. These public servants provide for us all.
